This year, Black History Month will be dedicated to honouring the achievements of black women who are often the forgotten heroines, amplify their voices and challenge the systems that oppress them. This provides a great link to our key DEI objectives at City & Guilds and helps to reinforce our commitment to creating an inclusive environment where everyone in our diverse workforce feels celebrated and can thrive.
To celebrate the theme of BHM this year, we have an excellent Black female-led panel event planned.
