Belonging
Champions
City Belonging Champions are nominated ambassadors for their workplaces who connect their colleagues to the opportunities, networks and civic life of the Square Mile while helping shape the future of the City. The City Belonging Project is the City of London Corporation worker engagement initiative, helping you and your colleagues feel more connected to the City, and to the community, networks and opportunities around them.
In partnership with businesses and their staff networks, we’ve brought thousands of people together for events and activities, exchanging ideas, forging new cross-sector connections and creating a stronger sense of belonging across the Square Mile.
We are now asking every City workplace to nominate a City Belonging Champion to act as the main link between your organisation and the City Belonging Project.
The role is designed to complement existing engagement and staff network activity, helping organisations stay connected to opportunities, networks and civic life across the Square Mile.
Launching Friday, 17 July 2026 at Deutsche Bank
Event will feature stalls, networking and a formal presentation from 8:30 - 10:30 am.
