Hosted by Aviva, this event will feature a panel discussion exploring how organisations can move from policy to practice in supporting employees with caring responsibilities. Our speakers will reflect on the role of leadership, culture, and practical interventions in enabling parents and carers not just to remain in the workforce, but to thrive and progress.
