Alongside her role as Managing Director and General Counsel at Citi, Sharon is Co-Chair of Citi’s EMEA Pro Bono Committee, a member of Citi’s EMEA Legal Diversity Committee and sits on the Advisory Board for the Black Counsel Forum. Her contributions to financial services, pro-bono and diversity have led to a wealth of awards and accolades. Sharon was named GC of the Year at the 2022 Legal Business Awards, and, in June 2021, she was awarded an OBE for services to the financial services sector.
Sharon will sit down with IDF Founder/Chair, Daniel Winterfeldt, to discuss her career journey and the insights and lessons she learned along the way. We will also explore Sharon’s perspective the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion, both within the in-house legal world and when working with panel law firms.
