Leading inclusive organisations in the age of AI
To mark Black History Month the City of London Corporation, in partnership with the Amos Bursary, are hosting a breakfast panel discussion focusing on the impact of technology and AI on talent recruitment.
How can we ensure that AI works to dismantle barriers to inclusion not serve to entrench them? What can leaders do to ensure their organisations meet these challenges? The session with explore how AI and EEDI intersect, and what steps leaders can take towards creating a more inclusive environment in an AI driven world.
Participants will include Jacky Wright (Chief Technology and Platform Officer at McKinsey), Dr Joanna Abeyie MBE (Deputy Chair of City of London Corporation EDI Sub-Committee), Darrell Adjei (tech entrepreneur and Amos Bursary alumnus), Stuart Desson (CEO, Lumina Learning) and Dowshan Humzah (business transformation and digital specialist).
The morning will provide an opportunity to network with leaders from organisations across the City and find out more about the important work of the Amos Bursary. The event will run from 9am until 10.15am, with networking 8.30am to 9am and from 10.15am to 11am. Breakfast refreshments will be provided.
This event is particularly aimed at the leaders of organisations and those active in the HR and recruitment space. Formal invitations will be sent out to those who register their interest by 3rd October, depending on capacity.
