Trans Comic Fest

  • Barbican Library Silk Street London, EC2Y 8DS United Kingdom (map)

The Barbican library will be hosting an engaging comic-making workshop, joined by two brilliant artists, Fox Fisher and Lewis Hancox. This event will feature merch stalls and book stalls that are designed to be LGBTQ+ friendly and a safe place for attendees to explore their artistic visions!

The workshop aims to use comics as a medium for self-expression and exploring personal identity, whether it’s a comic self-portrait or a self-reflective story. The workshop will also dive into how comics can be a powerful tool for representation, education and advocacy.

[The stalls will be available between 11:00am and 3:30pm, and you do not have to be booked into a workshop to attend these].
