DIVA Panel: Holding the Line: Inclusion, Courage and Community in Changing Times
Join DIVA Charitable Trust for an engaging and thought-provoking panel discussion exploring how organisations, communities and individuals are navigating an evolving social and political landscape around inclusion, identity and belonging.
This is not a panel explaining what EDI is, nor a debate about whether inclusion matters. Instead, it is an honest and human conversation about the realities people are experiencing today as inclusion efforts become more challenging, more contested, or quietly deprioritised.
Our panellists will share their lived experiences and perspectives on what meaningful leadership and allyship look like under pressure, where progress is still being made, and how people are finding resilience, creativity and hope in changing times.
Focusing on people rather than process, and practical realities rather than corporate jargon, this discussion aims to create space for reflection, connection and inspiration.
