Join us for an engaging morning of insight, honesty and practical ideas, as we explore how workplaces can actively support mental health and wellbeing. This year’s theme, ‘Action’, puts the focus on what organisations and individuals can do to create environments where people feel valued, supported and able to thrive.

Hear from leading voices and practitioners as they share real experiences, proven approaches, and tangible steps you can take in your own workplace. Connect with peers over breakfast and be part of a growing movement to build a healthier, more inclusive City.

You’ll hear from:*

Andy Bell, Chief Executive Officer, Centre for Mental Health. Centre for Mental Health an independent charity working for equality and social justice in mental health. The Centre's research, policy analysis, evaluations, networks and training are designed to create a mentally healthier future for all. The Centre also provides training for employment specialists supporting people with mental illness into paid work.

Tracy Plant, Director of People and Culture, CIS Security. Tracy has experience supporting mental health in the workplace, with a focus on creating a psychologically safe environment where colleagues feel valued, heard and supported with their mental health and wellbeing. This includes developing proactive wellbeing strategies, training our colleagues to recognise early signs of distress, and embedding open conversations about mental health into everyday culture.
