Join us for an engaging in-conversation panel and networking breakfast to celebrate International Women’s Day. This year, we’ll explore the Give to Gain theme - how inclusive, purpose-led leadership, mentorship, and opportunity can accelerate women’s progression and create stronger outcomes for individuals, organisations, and society.

We're delighted to announce that this year's conversation will feature Afua Kyei, Chief Financial Officer, Bank of England and Co-Executive Sponsor for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, named in The Independent’s 50 Most Influential Women in the UK and Dr Vanessa Vallely, OBE, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of WeAreTheCity, who was awarded an OBE for services to women and the economy. A regular media contributor on gender equality, Vanessa has appeared on Sky News, BBC, Talk London, and Radio 4.

Hosted by Nadia Minors, Vice President, Head of Compliance at Vocalink, and Non-Executive Director of Progress Together. Nadia is a passionate advocate for social mobility, equity, and mentorship, committed to driving systemic change by supporting organisations to build inclusive cultures where talent can thrive.

Opening remarks will be given by the Lady Mayor, Dame Susan Langley, DBE, the City’s third female Lord Mayor and the first to be officially addressed as Lady Mayor.

You’ll hear personal insights from our expert speakers and gain practical strategies to support your professional growth at any stage. The morning will invite reflection on your own career journey, while also exploring how contributing to high-performing, diverse teams and effective mentorship can create meaningful impact within your organisation.
