Join us in the Stephenson Harwood London office to celebrate Black History Month with acclaimed author, academic and advocate Bernardine Evaristo.

Bernardine is one of the UK's most celebrated contemporary writers and the author of numerous acclaimed books, including Girl, Woman, Other, which won the Booker Prize in 2019. Through her writing, teaching and advocacy, she has championed underrepresented voices and challenged perceptions of British identity, history and culture.

In this fireside conversation, we'll explore Bernardine's life and career, the power of storytelling, the importance of representation, and the voices and communities that shape contemporary Britain.

This event is in collaboration with SHARED, the firm's UK race and ethnicity network. We look forward to seeing clients, colleagues and friends in person, so please share the attached invitation with external guests. Please also join us for Afro-Caribbean inspired refreshments and canapés before the event.

Please contact Lily.Clarke@stephensonharwood.com who will then be able to send you a invitation where you can RSVP.
