2026 marks 100 years since the first national celebration of Black history, creating an important moment to reflect on progress, recognise the contribution of Black professionals and look ahead to the leadership needed for the next generation.

Leadership is about more than job titles.
It is about opening doors, building networks, creating opportunities, championing others and helping shape environments where people can succeed.
This special iCAN Pulse webinar will bring together Black leaders from across the UK and US insurance markets to share their career journeys, the people and communities that have shaped them, and the responsibility leaders have to support those coming behind them.
The conversation will also explore how far the industry has come, where progress is still needed and what meaningful leadership looks like when it comes to representation, sponsorship, allyship and creating lasting change.
