  • Morrison Foerster 52 Lime Street London, England, EC3M 7AF United Kingdom (map)

Ever pondered the difference between mentoring, coaching, and sponsorship? Interested in exploring new ways to support your career development? Coaching has long been seen as a highly effective way to identify career goals and to chart your path to success.

We hope you can join the InterLaw Diversity Forum in an event specifically for black, Asian and minority ethnic women in the legal profession, we are proud to bring together executive coaches Caroline Flanagan, Sadia Salam, and Usha Puri-Dewage who have a deep understanding of the nuanced challenges faced by ethnic minority and women of colour in the legal sector.

We will explore the potential of coaching to fast-track career progression, as well as key considerations for selecting a coach and getting the most from the opportunity. The event will be moderated by Daniel Winterfeldt.

The session is open to all who are interested in the power of coaching, including all women and allies.
