Caroline served 35 years in the Royal Air Force, becoming the first openly transgender officer in 1999. She has earned several commendations, founded a company teaching military tactics, and is a dedicated advocate for diversity and inclusion. Caroline has written an autobiography, contributed to an LGBT+ anthology, and received an MBE in 2024 for her work with Armed Forces personnel and veterans.
